This bursary is designed to invest in future legacy leaders through our exclusive mentoring programme in partnership with the Elischer Foundation.
You will be working in a legacy or in memory role with and looking to develop your passion into a career. We are looking for applications who:
- are ambitious and show commitment to a long term career in the sector
- want to build on existing success and knowledge to accelerate a career towards executive and organisational leadership
- are innovative and prepared to be bold and challenge the norm
- have an eye on trends and opportunities
- demonstrate the drive to develop professionally
- are motivated and ready to work hard on developing their leadership styles and skills
- have capability to unlock their full potential as leaders
We are funding a minimum of two placements on the Elischer Foundation mentoring programme, where you will receive 12 months of mentoring, plus access to quarterly lunch and learn sessions and their annual leadership conference.
International applicants are welcomed, but you will need to speak English and be willing to work in UK time zones.
