As we enter the ‘new normal’ much will have changed in the world of fundraising, and legacy giving is no exception. This session will explore how legacy fundraising is likely to develop over the next decade, from changing audiences to changing attitudes to changing channels. We will spend some time reflecting on what this is likely to mean for hospices specifically, and explore some of the practicalities of how we might need to adapt our legacy fundraising programmes going forwards.
