Legacy Administration 101 will provide the basic information you need to better manage legacy cases. This session will help you understand the probate process and the responsibilities of legacy administration, as well as cover some top tips on managing legacy cases around other responsibilities you may have. We’ll also include some tips about how to work with executors and what to do with unusual bequests.
This session is aimed at those working in gift administration who have legacy admin as part of their role, and any other members of the development services function who would like to understand the intricacies and specialities of managing legacy gifts. We will have plenty of time at the end, so please bring any questions you have about live cases you would like to ask about.
